Junior Systems Analyst Job
N4 Systems has a vacancy for one full time Junior Systems Analyst to support our inspection and safety compliance product suite, Field ID. The position is based in beautiful Downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a Junior Systems Analyst at N4 Systems you should be a recent graduate (3 years or less) with a degree in computer science or something equivalent. You are a solid developer, but also enjoy getting involved with the sales, support and implementation of the software products you and your team develop. Your future career ambitions probably include becoming a business analyst or product manager. Above all, this role would suit a well rounded, bright and enthusiastic individual with a wide range of technical skills combined with the personal skills it takes to keep customers happy.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Assisting our customers with their implementation needs including creating custom reports with Jasper Reports
- Be the first contact for support providing resolutions directly or escalating to your teammates
- Help senior business analysts flush out use cases and author software requirements
- Maintain support documentation
- Assist with QA before a new product release
- Engage our customers to determine how we can improve our product

- Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent
