N4 Systems has a vacancy for one full time Customer Success Specialist to support our inspection and safety compliance product suite, Field ID.
The position is based in beautiful Liberty Village, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
As a Customer Success Specialist at N4 Systems you should be a recent graduate (3 years or less) with a degree in computer science or something equivalent. You are well rounded software developer, but also enjoy getting involved with the sales, support and implementation of the software products you and your team develop. Your future career ambitions probably include becoming a business analyst or product manager.
Day-to-day you will:
- Be the first contact for support providing resolutions directly or escalating to your teammates
- Maintain support documentation
- Assist our customers with their implementation needs
- Teach training classes
- Engage our customers to determine how we can improve our product
- Help senior business analysts flush out use cases and author software requirements
You must have:
- A bright and enthusiastic personality
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent
- The patience to listen and help our customers to get the most of the software
- Basic Java, SQL, Linux Skills
- Knowledge of Agile development and the software development life cycle
It would be nice if you had:
- Experience with iReports and Jasper Reports
- Front-line customer support experience
- An interest in Web 2.0 technology
- An interest in mobile technology
